Dr. VaShawn Smith is an educator, school leader, author, and speaker who has spent over two decades serving students, families, and communities through purposeful leadership and faith-centered growth. He currently serves as a high school principal, where his work focuses on culture building, instructional leadership, and developing people from the inside out. As the founder of Dreams Made Real LLC and the voice behind The BlackPrint Podcast, Dr. Smith writes and speaks about spiritual formation, identity, leadership, and alignment. His work challenges readers to move beyond performance and embrace a rooted, authentic life marked by growth, healing, and purpose.
